Pest Control
Work Requests

Requests concerning pests (such as insects or rodents) are passed on to Steritech, which has a representative here every Tuesday.  You do not have to be present for your area to be inspected.

If you need pest control service we must be notified each week before 9 a.m. Tuesday

Requests can be made through the iServiceDesk link to the left and additionally need to include:
  • A description of pest seen
  • The exact location of problem

PROCEDURES:

When we email you back with the work request number, be sure to save it and have it available should you need to call to follow up.
We recommend creating a new folder in your email mailbox just for work requests and replies, as
a paper trail will help everyone involved.

Thank you for your cooperation.  We hope that making everyone aware of these procedures
will help us to handle your requests more efficiently.
