Maintenance Work Requests If you are a student: Requests can be submitted by following the iServiceDesk link below. It will ask you to sign in. User

you are Staff/Faculty: KEYS: Faculty/Staff: Key requests can not be processed without a budget number. When your key has been made, you will be notified via e-mail. You may then pick up your key at the Plant Operations house between the hours of 7 and 11 a.m. or 12 and 3 p.m. If you have

Pest Control Work Requests Requests concerning pests (such as insects or rodents) are passed on to Steritech, which has a representative here every Tuesday. You do not have to be present for your area to be inspected. If you need pest control service we must be notified each week before 9 a.m. Tuesday. Requests can be made through the iServiceDesk link to the left and additionally need to include:

When we email you back with the
work request number, be sure to save it and have it available should
you need to call to follow up.
We recommend creating a new folder in your email mailbox just for work
requests and replies, as a paper trail will help everyone
involved.
