Each of the session classrooms is equipped with the following:
Computer (Windows XP) with projector. The computers are connected to the internet and have Microsoft PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat Reader installed.
Plug-ins for laptops and USB flash drives.
Note: the laptop connectors are standard VGA connectors; if you have a Mac laptop, please bring the necessary adapters with you.
Dry-erase board.
Overhead projector.
Some rooms are equipped with a smartboard.
Internet Access
There will be wireless internet access available all across campus. In addition, we may be able to have some computer labs open for use during the conference. Information on this will be contained in your registration packet.
Buildings
The conference activities will take place in the Massey Business Center, the Inman Health Sciences Center, the Massey Performing Arts Center, and the Neely Dining Room. Some pictures of the facilities follow (including representative examples of the special session rooms.)
