Poster Session Information
(Added May 9, 2008)On Wednesday, June 18, at 5:15 pm, the 2008 Summer Institute will host a Poster Session. Each ANAC institution is invited to participate in the Poster Session and will be assigned a 6’ table/exhibit space which will allow sufficient space for exhibit boards, tri-fold presentations and computers. The posters should highlight practices, programs or initiatives that relate to the 2008 Summer Institute theme of designing intentional intersections. New ANAC institutions may want to use this opportunity to share information about their school whereas current ANAC institutions may choose to highlight new programs, initiatives and/or best practices.
- Two Corrugated Tri-fold Display boards (unfolded 36”x 48”) will be provided per institution
- Pushpins will be available
- Extension cords will be provided (upon request) for laptop computers
- Materials can be mounted on tri-folds starting at 4:30 pm
- Presenter should be present to answer questions/conversation
